All orders have to be paid before delivery can be made.

Our payment methods cover Malaysian Online Banking for local customers or Debit/Credit card for local and international customers.

Our authorized payment gateway is senangPay through our merchant partner VAPEKONAR NIAGA (002779214-V).

Most of the payment transaction will be cleared on the spot by our payment gateway especially for online banking. For Debit/Credit card transaction it will be cleared by the acquiring bank and sometimes can take up to 60 minutes clearance. In case this situation happens to you then you can wait up to 60 minutes for transaction approval. Otherwise the transaction will be cancelled by the acquiring bank.
- Upon successful payment transaction, you will receive our notification through email.
- You can check your order status from My Account menu then select Orders link.
